I would like to inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon the honourable Rob Borbidge, the former Premier of Queensland. On behalf of the House, we extend a very warm welcome. I would also like to welcome to the gallery this afternoon Mrs Heather Henderson, the daughter of Australia's longest-serving Prime Minister, Sir Robert Menzies.
