My question again is to the Special Minister of State. In the minister's statement earlier today, he claimed that he could have been answering a different part of the question when he answered on 60 Minutes: 'Yes, I did.' Given that it is obvious from the tapes that there is only one question which was asked, isn't it clear that the minister misled the House again this morning?
