Mr Speaker, in accordance with standing order 105(b), I ask that you write to the Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development seeking reasons for the delay in answering a question in writing. The relevant question appears as No. 847 on the Notice Paper and relates to legal costs incurred in unsuccessfully defending an FOI case.
