I inform the House that the Minister for Trade and Investment, who rightly has just been lauded by the member for Banks, will be absent from question time for the remainder of the week as he travels to China to participate in the Australia-China high-level dialogue. The Minister for Foreign Affairs will answer questions on his behalf.
