My question is to the Prime Minister. Since the election the government has doubled the deficit, consumer confidence has fallen by 13 per cent and youth unemployment levels are at their highest since October 2001, when the Prime Minister was the minister for employment. Will the Prime Minister use his upcoming minibudget to scrap his unfair budget and just start again?
