Madam Speaker, my question is to the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection. Can the minister please advise the House the extent to which his portfolio carries expertise relevant to the work currently performed by the departments of foreign affairs, health, defence, Attorney-General, agriculture and Prime Minister and Cabinet?
