May I suggest that it might suit the convenience of the Federation Chamber to consider the items of proposed expenditure in the order and groupings shown in the schedule which has been circulated to honourable members. I also take the opportunity to indicate to the Federation Chamber that the proposed order of consideration of portfolio estimates has been discussed with the opposition, and there has been no objection to what is proposed.

The schedule read as follows:—

Foreign Affairs and Trade

Employment

Defence—Defence

Defence—Veterans Affairs

Health

Is it the wish of the Federation Chamber to consider the items of proposed expenditure in the order suggested by the minister? There being no objection, it is so ordered.
