I advise the House that we have in the gallery the former member for Barker, Mr Secker; the former Western Australian senator, Ross Lightfoot; and a ministerial delegation of the government of Papua New Guinea, whom we particularly welcome. We also have present the former Victorian senator, Kay Patterson, and we have the APEC 7th Delegation from the Philippines. All of those people are made very welcome here today.
