As the House would be aware, the Prime Minister will be absent from question time as he attends the memorial service for Nelson Mandela in Johannesburg. I will answer questions on his behalf. I also inform the House that the Minister for Trade and Investment will be absent from question time until Thursday, while he participates in the Trans-Pacific Partnership negotiations in Singapore. The Minister for Foreign Affairs will answer questions on his behalf.
