I inform the House that the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Minister for Trade and Investment will be absent from question time today. The Treasurer will answer questions on behalf of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Minister for Trade and Investment, and the Deputy Prime Minister will answer questions on behalf on the Attorney-General and the Minister for Defence.
