I inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon the Speaker of the Parliament of Papua and New Guinea, the Hon. Theo Zurenuoc. On behalf of the House I extend to him a very warm welcome. To him and his clerks, I wish a fruitful week of discovery in the Australian parliament.
