I inform the House we have present in the gallery this afternoon a former Speaker of the House, the honourable Neil Andrews, and Mrs Andrews. On behalf of the House, I extend a very warm welcome. I also notice in the gallery members of Meningococcal Australia, who have been in the building raising awareness for the disease.
