My question is to the Prime Minister. I refer the Prime Minister to her claim yesterday that not-for-profit organisations like the CQ Rescue Helicopter Service in Mackay would be eligible to apply for carbon tax compensation through the Low Carbon Communities Scheme. I refer her to the fact that, with up to 600,000 not-for-profit organisations competing for those funds, each group might receive, on average, as little as $83 a year. Prime Minister, are you seriously suggesting that $83 will compensate CQ Rescue for a $20,000 a year increase in their fuel and electricity bills alone under your carbon tax?
