Mr Speaker, part of the agreement I signed with the government and the Independents about the management of the House for which you are responsible was that there would be 20 questions or questions until 3.30 pm. We have not got to 20 questions today and it is not 3.30 pm, so I wonder why the government would not be keeping to the agreement and I would ask you, as Speaker, to recognise the member for Barker so he can ask his question before half past three.
