I inform the House that the Minister for Foreign Affairs will be absent from question time today and tomorrow as he is attending the canonisation of St Mary MacKillop at the Vatican. He is accompanied by the Deputy Leader of the Opposition. The Minister for Trade will answer questions on his behalf. The Minister for Human Services and Minister for Social Inclusion will be absent from question time for the remainder of this year as she is on maternity leave, having given birth to her third child—so congratulations are due.
