On indulgence, before I present the documents I acknowledge that 50 years ago today a momentous occasion occurred. Fifty years ago to the day both the Minister for Veterans’ Affairs and the Parliamentary Secretary for Defence Support and Parliamentary Secretary for Water were born. On behalf of everyone in the House, I wish them a happy 50th birthday.
