In relation to this bill, I again thank all of the speakers who spoke during the cognate debate. I adopt the concluding remarks that I made in relation to the main Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme bill, the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme Bill 2009 [No. 2], and commend this bill to the House.
