My question is to the Treasurer. I ask the Treasurer: given that the government was able and willing to rule out an increase in the GST, will the Treasurer now rule out an increase in fuel excise?

I said before that the Henry review was comprehensive. We will not be in the business of ruling things in or ruling things out.
