Mr Speaker, I wish to add to an earlier answer on the RET legislation. I am advised that it was introduced to the House yesterday. The second reading speech has been delivered and the Senate simultaneously today indicated that they were referring to a committee not to report until the 8 August. It seems that decisions are being permanently postponed by those opposite on climate change.
