Mr Speaker, I require that the question be put immediately without debate.

Question negatived.

Mr Speaker, on a point of order: I understand that there are arrangements in place that would facilitate the Attorney-General in this matter, but no agreements have been made in relation to the subsequent tabling of any reports at this time. As a consequence of the agreement, the opposition did not divide and is allowing the Attorney to proceed.

I note the comments of the Chief Opposition Whip. We might have further discussions between the government and the Chief Opposition Whip over this. In the meantime, I call the Attorney-General.
