My question is to the Prime Minister, and I refer to the Prime Minister’s statement this week that a decision to withdraw troops from Iraq would be devoid of moral responsibility. Does the Prime Minister believe that the decision of the Italian and Japanese governments to withdraw their troops from Iraq earlier this year was devoid of moral responsibility?
