I again condemn this most cynical and superficial shotgun inquiry—and I am pleased that the Prime Minister is here—that was conducted by the Senate into the Broadcasting Services Amendment (Media Ownership) Bill 2006. This bill proves that we massively concentrate media ownership in Australia. It is a great threat to our democracy. I will not stop speaking out about it.
