I want to reiterate how much I support the Leader of the Opposition in espousing Australian values, particularly the requirement for some reference to them on visas. It is true we had a lengthy discussion in the caucus, but that is what we do. We have supported our leader. He is out there standing up for Australian values and actually proposing to do something about it rather than the talkfest we get from the Howard government. Far from being divided, the leader has shown his strength and vision on this matter, and I totally support him.
