House debates Questions to the Speaker
Mr Peter Brock AM
Steve Gibbons Bendigo, Australian Labor Party
3:18 pm
Mr Speaker, I have a question for you. I would like to preface the question by expressing appreciation for today’s acknowledgment of Peter Brock, but I am wondering whether other MPs will get the same opportunity to express their acknowledgment, as was the case last week.
David Hawker Speaker
I thank the member for Bendigo. That is not in the province of the chair. He may wish to raise it with the Leader of the House to see whether he might progress that.
Tony Abbott Warringah, Liberal Party, Leader of the House

On indulgence, I would be happy to accommodate that. The paperwork will be organised and we will move the relevant motions shortly.
