Yes, I am. It is in relation to when a member wants to make a personal explanation because they have been misrepresented. It was apparent from what the Prime Minister just said that the member for Lilley had faithfully recorded what the Governor of the Reserve Bank had said, so I want to know from you why the Prime Minister was allowed to debate it, because he added—

Order! The member for Lowe would be aware that the Prime Minister sought leave to make a personal explanation. He did not seek leave to add to an answer, so the Prime Minister got the call on that basis.
