My question is to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade. I refer to the Deputy Prime Minister’s additional statement to parliament last night that:

DFAT had no record of any DFAT-AWB meeting in that period in which the mid-1999 changes made to the contracts were discussed.

Did DFAT meet with AWB representatives at any time in the second half of 1999 to discuss wheat sales to Saddam Hussein’s regime?

I did add to an answer yesterday, and I came back with the information that was requested by the member for Griffith. I will check on this question with the records of DFAT and come back to him.
