Thank you, Madam Speaker. Today during question time, the Prime Minister asserted that I had said: 'The last thing Australia should ever have is a Japanese submarine.'

Madam Speaker, I said no such thing. Labor supports the highly skilled submarine workforce in Adelaide at the Australian Submarine Corporation.
